Familiar Friends
I particularly enjoy the fact that no matter where I might be I can just look up at the night sky and see all my old familiar friends in the Moon and stars. The same ones I’ve been gazing at for twenty-four years. It’s quite a comforting feeling.

I don't think I'll be returning to an office any...
The sunrise is my alarm clock. Fresh air is my coffee. Mankind are my coworkers. The sun high above signals lunch time. The wind is my music. The shade is my stress. Plants are my anxiety. Books are my gossip. The stars are my television. The clouds are my movies. Movement is my drug. Stillness is my other drug.
Everything is real. This is real.

The Black Horse
I’m sitting at a coffee shop in San Luis Obispo, CA called the Black Horse. Finally was able to locate some free wifi.
Left L.A. on Thursday around 1 pm and headed North up the the 101 to Jalama Beach which is just outside Lompoc, CA. Made good time, very little traffic. No cellphones, internet or TV at Jalama Beach, just the sand, sun and beach. Thursday night was super windy, and...
